Hello, I’m Javan Nuzzolo. I moved to Reno in 2016, following a love for skiing, rivers, and recreating in the outdoors. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) in 2020 and have grown to love Northern Nevada and all that the region has to offer more and more each year. I am proud to call Reno home, and I love spending time outside exploring and enjoying all that the area has to offer.  My passion for and knowledge of the area inspires me to help people find a home that they love here, or begin their next adventure in life, whatever that may be.

I have always been passionate about the outdoors, and appreciate the access to mountains, lakes, and rivers we have here.  Through exploration of the area I have become familiar with all our unique cities and towns and what each of them has to offer.  These experiences help me appreciate the incredible people and the landscapes of Nevada. They remind me that every neighborhood has its own unique story and charm.
